How to clean a toothbrush?

Toothbrush cleaning is extremely important. Bacteria will grow on the brush when it is not cleaned properly.

After brushing, the toothbrush should be cleaned and rinsed under water to remove food residues.

Toothbrush should be stored as far from the toilet as possible.

For the sterilization of the toothbrush, it is sufficient to leave it in white vinegar for 15 minutes once a week and it will prevent bacteria and viruses from settling in our mouth.

Toothbrush bristle wear indicates that the toothbrush should be swapped out for a new one. Additionally, the toothbrush should be renewed routinely every 3-4 months.
